Instructions for Completing the Account Opening Form:

  1. Print out this form
  2. For Individual, fill in all relevant sections from A to H and "Declaration, Acknowledgement And Authorisation"
  3. For Non Individual, fill in all relevant sections from A to K
  4. Prepare the supporting documents required by referring to "Important Documents Required (General)"
  5. Once done, bring it to the nearest branch or the branch that you have applied to open your account

ELECTRONIC SHARE PAYMENT (ESP) FORM

Electronic Share Payment ("ESP") is an optional service offered by the bank ("RHB") to its equities trading clients, which allows direct debiting of payment from client's designated bank account.

To apply for this service, please follow these steps:

  1. Print the PDF copy of this form.
  2. Complete the form and submit through your dealer or remisier.
       


SETTLEMENT ON BEHALF - THIRD PARTY'S DEPOSIT

Complete the following forms if the payer details differ from the recipient of the funds with RHB Investment Bank Berhad. For example, Customer A issues a payment for settlement on behalf of Customer B.

  1. If this is a continuous arrangement between Customer A and B, please download and fill in this form which must be witnessed by your Dealer's Representative / Futures Broker.


  2. If this is an ad-hoc arrangement between Customer A and B, please download and fill in this form
