RHB Share Trading is an internet portal managed and maintained by RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHBIB”) (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). RHB Share Trading enables access to online trading and any other related information, including but not limited to tools and research information pertaining to financial products and services provided by itself as well as its affiliates, advertisers, licensors or its information suppliers.
Your access to this Website, including any of its associated pages or affiliated sites (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Sites") and the access to financial services, including but not limited to any data, information, materials, content, tools, products (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services") available via the Sites, shall be governed by the following Terms of Use including any amendments made thereto from time to time and shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, legislations, rules and regulations governing the same.
We reserve the right to vary, amend or modify or impose new conditions in this Terms of Use at any time without any notification to you. Any such variations, amendments or modifications will be reflected by an update on this Website. You are therefore responsible to check this Terms of Use periodically to be aware of any such changes. You understand and agree that in addition to this Terms of Use, your access to any Sites and/or Services including but not limited to your subscription to online trading and any other related information, including but not limited to tools and research information pertaining to financial products and services via RHB Share Trading is subjected to additional terms and conditions contained within each Site and/or Service.
Registration
To register as a member of RHB Share Trading, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts. You must be an active trading client of RHBIB, and/or authorised person of RHBIB’s client (if the client is a corporation). You must also possess the knowledge of entering orders via the Direct Market Access (DMA) /online service provided by RHBIB and possess the knowledge of the rules and laws in relation to trading in the local and the approved foreign exchanges.
You agree that all information provided by you in the registration process is true, accurate, current and complete and you further agree to maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
In the event the information provided by you is found to be or if RHBIB discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe it to be untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, RHBIB has the full right to suspend or terminate your account without having to give any reason and/or prior notice.
Member Account, Password & Security
Upon submission of your registration details and its acceptance by RHB Share Trading, client is required to enter a login User ID, Password and to create Trading Pin (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Login ID”). You understand and agree that you shall be accountable and be fully responsible at all times for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login ID. You agree not to share and disclose your Login ID to any person whosoever and take all reasonable precautions necessary to ensure that no other persons have access to the same.
If you discover any breach of security or have reasonable grounds to believe that someone has used your Login ID without your authorisation, or has, in your judgment, violated these Terms of Use, you should notify RHBIB immediately. Until the notification is received, you will be responsible for any instruction purported to be placed by you and RHBIB is entitled to treat such instructions as authentic.
You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless RHBIB, or any of its affiliates or its third party vendors, licensors, advertisers or its information suppliers against all liability, cost or damages arising out of claims or suits by such third in relation to such unauthorised use and breach of security.
No Right to Reproduce or Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, transmit, publish, adapt, edit, alter, hyperlink to, broadcast, distribute, disseminate, duplicate, copy, modify, sell, resell or exploit for any business or commercial purposes, any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services.
Disclaimer
You understand and agree that all data, information, analysis tools and contents available through the Site and/ or Services are provided on an “as is” basis only and is strictly for information purposes only without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or otherwise and without any liability on the part of RHBIB, or any of its affiliates or its third party vendors, licensors, advertisers or its information suppliers whatsoever.

Governing Law

Although RHBIB, or any of its affiliates or its third party vendors, licensors, advertisers or its information suppliers may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards and other user and member generated pages on the Sites, nor any of its affiliates or its third party vendors, licensors advertisers or its information suppliers is under any obligation to do so. You acknowledge that RHBIB, or any of its third party vendors, affiliates, advertisers or its licensors or its information suppliers do not control the information available on the bulletin boards, chat rooms and other user and member generate pages and that any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated on any bulletin board, chat rooms or on any other user or member generated pages shall be at the sole risk of the respective authors.

Termination
RHBIB and its affiliates or its third party vendors, licensors, advertisers or its information suppliers may suspend and/or terminate your access to the Sites and the Services immediately for any reason without notice and without any liability whatsoever should you be in breach of these terms and conditions or for any other cause. RHBIB also reserves the right to deactivate your access to the Services if you have not been trading for more than six (6) consecutive months or such other period determined at the sole discretion of RHBIB and/or such other condition of deactivation set by RHBIB as and when deemed fit and necessary.
